We do not charge a venue hire fee.
Venue hire is 5 hours only (eg, if your event starts at 5pm it will end at 10pm or 6pm start 11pm finish. we strictly do not trade past 11pm. We are a reception venue only - we do not offer ceremony services.
We do have a minimum spend of $1500
A minimum 8x Cocktail Share Platters is required per function

Our venue is licensed until midnight so you can enjoy every moment of your event. Guests will enjoy a full selection of wines, cocktails, tap beer including our craft selection and a variety of spirits.

We are the perfect reception venue for you! Those wooden beams in the pitched ceilings, the white painted brick walls.. your guests will fall in love all over again during your dinner.

Please note we do not provide any setup or decor items for your event. It is recommended to hire an event stylist to help manage and plan your event.

The venue is available from 10am- midday for setup and DIY decor. All items must be removed directly after your event unless arrange in advance with the venue. please note we are a reception only venue - we do not hold ceremony services.
Now its really time to party! The venue is available from 10am for setup and DIY decor. Then you're all set to come back usually around 5:30pm to enjoy your event!
We suggest is a canapé hour for your guests arrival including arancini and a fried option to start the evening ($10 per head). Then moving on to the main course! Our famous cocktail share platters! This is an all in one platter that has something for everyone. Calamari, grilled chicken skewers, cheese kransky, chicken wings, hot chips and garlic bread! Platters are suitable for 8 people with a max of 10 people per platter. It's always a good idea to order a spare for those who want a little extra.
We love nothing more than to admire a beautiful cake! There is no additional charge to bring a cake to the venue (cupcakes are also ok to bring into the venue).
We do request that you do not bring in any other food including snacks without prior approval.

Please note the venue does not supply plates or cutlery for cakes. This is an additional charge that needs to be pre arranged.
What a magical time of year to celebrate! From early November the venue is fully decorated including our 10ft Christmas tree that is sure to impress your guests and provide the perfect back drop to your work event. Treat your guests to a home style cooked meal including rolled roast pork, roasted chicken and rich drippings gravy plus all the sides you can dream of! Sit down or standing options available. We have limited dates for this season so booking is a priority.

Now you've decided this is the perfect venue for you.. here's the next steps! Please read all points below

1. Contact us, email or phone to organise a walkthrough
During the walkthrough we will answer any questions you have any run over what the best food options for you event is.
​
2. Confirm Date! Our dates are booking 8 months in advance to don't wait too long otherwise another event will slip in on your date and we wouldn't want you to miss out!
​
3. Booking Deposit. A $500 booking deposit is required to secure the date. The booking deposit then is put towards your food or bar for the event. We allow a 24hr period for the invoice to be paid. If it is no paid in this time we will send you a friendly reminder and then your date will be deleted.
​
4. Once everything is finalised we'll reach out about 2 weeks prior to your event to confirm all the details, pay final invoices and then you are ALL SET!

5. All bar tabs must be paid prior to or on the night of the event. We do not allow post dated invoices for monies owing. A credit card and ID is required if you are having a bar tab.

6. Setup time is strictly between 10am and midday. Hosts must be finished setting up the venue by midday at the latest. Venue deliveries need to be between 10am and midday including balloons, decorations cake etc. Hours outside of this will incur a $150 p/hr call our fee charged to the host.

7. All items MUST be removed from the venue by 10am Saturday (if Friday evening event) or from 9-10am Monday morning. Host are not permitted in the venue after 10am Monday. If you are unable to remove on Monday morning - all items must be removed directly after your event by 11pm at the latest. Hours outside of this will incur a $150 p/hr call our fee charged to the host.

Venue use is strictly 5 hours. Eg, if your event starts at 5pm your event will end at 10pm. If your event starts at 6pm your event will end at 11pm. This venue does not trade past 11pm and all guests are to be out of the venue by 11.05pm - no exceptions.
​
8. Karaoke is not permitted. Jumping/excessive dancing on the wooden floor is not permitted.
​
9. We do not permit bands in our venue. We will allow a solo artist with venue approval.
​
10. This is a licensed venue, all drinks found in the venue that have been bought from outside will result in your event being terminated without notice.
11. Guests will leave in a quite mannor and respect the surrounding houses and apartments.
​
12. Unfortunately wax candles are no longer permitted due to previous table damage in the venue. All candles/lights must be battery operated.
​
13. All damages and breakages will be charged to the host.
